You will arrive at Tribhuvan Airport in Kathmandu. A representative from Snowland Treks will welcome you at the airport and take you to your hotel. You will rest for the day, and later in the evening, you will meet with your guide. He will brief you about the trip and also take you to a Nepali restaurant for a welcome dinner organized by the company.

Day 01 Arrival at Kathmandu

Day 02 Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar by bus. Drive a little further and hike up to Bahundanda
After breakfast, we will drive to Besisahar. The drive will be scenic and provide us with beautiful views of rivers, lush green hills, terraced fields, and small villages. From Besisahar, we will drive a little further, and begin our trek to Bahundanda along a forested trail.

Day 03 Bahundanda to Chamje
After breakfast, we will trek to Chamje. We will gradually ascend a forested trail and reach Chamje. Chamje is a small, beautiful village. The trail will be short and easy.

Day 04 Chamje to Dharapani
We will cross a bridge and pass by rice, barley, and potato fields. On the way, we will also come across beautiful waterfalls. The trail will take us to Kodo village and then to Dharapani where we will stop for the night. Dharapani is one of the largest villages in the region.

Day 05 Dharapani to Chame
Today, the trail will be dramatic and scenic. We will come across several steep forested ridges and landslide sections. The trail will provide us with fantastic views of Mt. Annapurna II (7,937 m), Mt. Annapurna IV (7,525 m), and Lamjung Himal (6,983 m). On the way, we will visit a small hot spring where we will take a short break and relax for a while.

Day 06 Chame to Pisang
After breakfast, we will trek through a steep narrow valley to see the view of Paungda Danda rock face, a huge curved rock face rising 1,500 meters from the river. We will also see amazing views of Mt. Annapurna II (7,937 m) in the south and Pisang Peak (6,091 m) in the north-east. Then, we will descend to the Manang Valley floor and reach Pisang where we will stay overnight.

Day 07 Pisang to Manang
Today, we will trek through Upper Pisang via Geru. This route provides outstanding views of Pisang Peak (6,091 m), Mt. Annapurna (8,091 m), and numerous other mountains along with ancient villages and rich culture. As we approach Manang, the climate becomes cold and dry. On the way, we will visit Braga Monastery, the largest monastery in the Manang region.

Day 08 Acclimatization in Manang
Today is our rest day in Manang to acclimatize the body to the increased altitude. However, we will spend the day exploring nearby areas. We will go on a short hike to either Bhojo Gumba or Gangapurna Lake. If we are not tired, we can also hike to Braga Village where we can visit the Himalayan Rescue Association, which will give us an insight into Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS).

Day 09 Manang to Yak Kharka
Crossing a stream, we will ascend to the village of Tenki above Manang. From here, we will ascend out of the Marshyangdi Valley, turning northwest to reach Jarsang Khola valley. We will then pass by a few pastures and juniper trees. We will reach Ghunsa, a small village with a cluster of flat mud roofs. Then, the trail passses through meadows and crosses a small river on a wooden bridge. Then, we will pass by an ancient mani wall. The trail from here will lead us to Yak Kharka, a beautiful small village.

Day 10 Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi
After breakfast, we will ascend to Thorong Phedi. We will cross a suspension bridge and reach Ledar village. From here, we will ascend through towering cliffs and reach Thorong Phedi, the last village before Thorong La pass. On the way, we will see outstanding views of Thorong Peak, Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, and Mt. Khatungkan.

Day 11 Thorong Phedi to Muktinath
Today, we will wake up early and begin trekking towards Muktinath, one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for Hindus. Before reaching Muktinath, we will cross the challenging Thorong La Pass (5416m/17769ft) from where we will see spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. After spending some time at the pass, we will descend to the Muktinath Valley located at the foot of the Thorong La Pass.

Day 12 Muktinath to Jomsom via Kagbeni
We will descend from Muktinath to the Mustang district. We will observe a dramatic change in scenery as we descend to the Kali Gandaki valley. Here, we will come across the deepest gorge in the world, Kali Gandaki gorge. We will reach Kagbeni, and then, following a rugged trail of the Kali Gandaki River, we will finally arrive at Jomsom.

Day 13 Fly back to Pokhara or take a local bus or jeep to Pokhara
After breakfast and taking in the breathtaking views, we will fly back to Pokhara. The flight will be scenic and provides stunning views of Himalayan mountains. We also have the option to take a local bus/jeep to Pokhara. Upon reaching Pokhara, we will head to our hotel and rest for the day. Later, we will stroll around the vibrant streets of Lakeside and do some shopping.

Day 14 Fly or drive to Kathmandu
Today, we will fly/drive back to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu, we will head to our hotel. The rest of the day is free for us to relax or explore on our own. In the evening, we will attend a farewell dinner organized by the company in celebration of our successful completion of the journey.
