You will arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport. A representatives from Snowland Treks & Expedition will meet you and take you to your hotel for a briefing on the day's activities. In the evening, you will have a welcome dinner along with other team members.

Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02 Full day sightseeing trip in Kathmandu valley and trip preparation
Today, you will explore Kathmandu and visit different landmarks. You will begin your day early in the morning and drive to Pashupatinath Temple. From here, you will move to Boudhanath Stupa and head towards Swayambhunath. After that, you will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and return to Thamel. All of these places will present you with an insight into Nepali culture, art, architecture, and history. In the evening, you will arrange gear with your guide, and he will also brief you about the trip.

Day 03 Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 m); 35 minutes
Today, you will fly to Lukla. The flight will be thrilling and give you a glimpse of Himalayan mountains. Upon reaching Lukla, you will have a full day to acclimatize and explore around before moving further. You can go on a short hike to a nearby viewpoint or spend your time interacting with locals.

Day 04 Trek from Lukla to Chutang (3,020 m); 5-6 hours
After breakfast, you will begin trekking through beautiful forests of rhododendron and magnolia. Further, you will cross some old bridges and reach Nangbu village. From here, you will trek on a pleasant trail and reach Chutang for the night.

Day 05 Trek from Chutang to Chatrabuk (4,320 m); 5-6 hours
Today, the trail will be a mostly uphill walk. After a warm breakfast, you will begin trekking on a steep trail and reach Zatrwa La (4,610 m). This pass separates Hinku valley and Khumbu valley. On the way, you will see numerous chortens, gompas, and colorful prayer flags. Descending from the pass, you will trek along a forested trail and reach Chatrabuk.

Day 06 Trek from Chatrabuk to Kothe (3,580 m); 5-6 hours
You will ascend and cross a small pass from where you will see a first glimpse of Mera Peak (6,476 m). From the pass, you will descend on a zigzag trail and pass through the rhododendron forest as well as small settlements. Further, you will ascend and follow a river to reach Kothe.

Day 07 Trek from Kothe to Thangnak (4,358 m); 5-6 hours
You will ascend on an easy trail. On the way, you will see an amazing view of Hinku valley and Kusum Kanguru. Further, you will come across a small gompa and continue trekking towards Thangnak where you will spend the night.

Day 08 Acclimatization day
Today is an acclimatization day in Thangnak. You will hike around and spend the day exploring the village. Keep yourself moving to adjust your body to the altitude. Go on a short excursion to nearby hills to witness gorgeous views.

Day 09 Trek from Thangnak to Khare (5,045 m); 5-6 hours
You will be accompanied by wonderful views of mountains like Mt. Mera (6,476 m), Mt. Kyashar (6,770 m), and Kusum Kanguru (6,367 m). It will be an easy trail to Khare. On the way, you will see many tents of several expedition groups. This is also the last human settlement area. From here onwards, you will not find any humans or teahouses.

Day 10 A day for further acclimatization
This is another acclimatization day. You are already above 5,000 meters, so goodr acclimatization is crucial before moving ahead in this harsh Himalayan environment. You will go on a short excursion to nearby areas. If you feel unwell, then immediately inform your guide so that he can take appropriate and timely measures.

Day 11 Trek from Khare to Base Camp (5,415 m); 3-4 hours
You will wake up early in the morning and begin ascending towards base camp. Following the trail, you will slowly climb towards the Mera La Pass (5,415 m). From here, you will ascend to reach Mera Base Camp. In the peak season, you will see many tents and other climbers. Feel free to interact with other trekkers and share your experience with each other.

Day 12 Trek from Base Camp to High Camp (5,800 m); 3-4 hours
From Mear Base Camp, you will ascend towards the high camp. The trail will present you with panoramic views of numerous Himalayan mountains like Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Mt. Makalu (8,481 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Baruntse (7,129 m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m) and Mt. Nuptse (7,861 m). Trekking gradually on a glacial and snowy trail, you will eventually reach high camp and set your tent. Today, you will be sleeping early to wake up around midnight the next day for the summit attempt.

Day 13 Summit to Mera Peak (6,476 m) and back to Khare (5,000 m)
You will wake up around 2 am and have a warm cup of tea to awake your body. After that, you will slowly move towards the summit following the footsteps of your guide. On the way, various high mountains can be seen. Upon reaching Mera Peak summit, you will see irresistible beauty of the region. After spending some time at the summit, you will descend to Kahre to spend the night.

Day 14 Reserve day for climbing
This is a reserve day for climbing. In case of bad weather or any other circumstance, this day is set apart to continue our journey safely. If everything is fine and you summit the Mera Peak as per the itinerary, then this extra day can be used in Kathmandu to explore around.

Day 15 Trek from Khare to Kothe (3,580 m); 6-7 hours
After breakfast, you will descend from Khare. Retracing your steps, you will pass by small villages and monasteries. After passing through Thangnak, Gondishung, and Mosom Kharka, you will reach Kothe where you will spend the night.

Day 16 Trek from Kothe to Chatrabuk (4,320 m); 6-7 hours
Today, you will trek back to Chatrabuk following the same path. The trail will take you to Thuli Kharka. From here, you will ascend to Zatrwa La pass (4,610 m). Further, you will descend through sparse rhododendron forests and reach Chatrabuk.

Day 17 Trek from Chatrabuk to Lukla (2,840 m); 5-6 hours
This is your last trekking day. After breakfast, you will trek back to Lukla. Upon reaching Lukla, you will have enough time to relax and reflect back on your adventurous trip. You will celebrate the success of your Mera Peak climb with all the crew members in the evening over delicious food and drinks.

Day 18 Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
Today, you will fly back to Kathmandu. The flight will be short and scenic. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you will move to your hotel and the remaining part of the day is free for you to rest or go shopping. In the evening, you will attend a farewell dinner organized by the company. You will also prepare to leave tomorrow.

Day 19 Final Departure to International Airport.
As per your flight, a representative of the company will escort you to the international Airport for your flight back home and bid you our last goodbye as well as best wishes.
